Buying Theme for my site

I want a unique theme for my site wrzscene.info that can be customized to my requirements and should be unique and neat looking

give me a demo link to the theme alongwith with your offer and remember that you will be paid half at the theme purchase and half after the total customization is done

price range 30-50$(can be increased if i think the theme deserves it)

I have the wordpress warez theme which is a awesome theme for Wordpress and warez sites

It has a DDL like layout for posts and is a nice theme (y)

It costs $50 from site but I will give it to you for $25 as I dont use it anymore since am running a anime site now
All future updates and versions released will be provided for free by theme company as well and you will even get the billing and registered account of the theme company.
