Bank wire is missing

I have done a bank wire 8 weeks ago, and cannot get ahold of anyone to get this resolved? I have sent over a dozen support tickets and tried calling numerous times with no success. Is there anyone there that can help me?X-(

URGENT - PAYMENT PENDING!!!!!! i deposited $2,100USD on july 24th 2012 with REFERENCE NUMBER B2A73-2A6E6-3E7BC, it's been 3 weeks with still no sign of my money. i tried everything payza support, sending support tickets!!! and calling on the phone with still no luck at all n no reply. ticket ID: TCN-753-84730. I have sent all required information for proof of payment also. I would really appreciate it If you could resolve it ASAP as I have waited long enough. Awaiting your reply.

Mr. Marco How long will it take to get reply from your treasury. Why its taking too long to give the document of the bank wire which is sent already and the trance no. is given. I Really don't understand the problem in providing document if bank wire has been sent.

Hello Payza team my bank Withdrawal showing completed status since 23-07-12 Reference Number: 4BA3B-1760C-B09EB it has not came in my bank till now. When I contacted on your customer care Ticket ID: RPI-553-90850 Mr. Tarik Replied me with some trace id on 2nd august but when I took that trace id to bank they told me that it is useless and They need complete Swift message to locate the bank wire. Sir After trying to contact many times to your customer care. I have yet not received copy of complete swift message. Also money has not received in my bank account till today. Sir please help me. So that i can get my money. Please provide me Complete Swift Message so that I can locate my money.

Me from India too and my withdrawal is showing completed since 23-7-12 and its more than $1800 and I have not received it till today so mine is even worse case :(

In your case, it seems your withdrawal was completed in August 8th, and you got it today, so it's usual working days has taken.

But for me Still i didn't received withdrawn funds which is completed in August 1st, so i think there's some issue with it. It's $529 total.. I think you are also from india so let me know ?.. how much you withdrawn from payza ?

I am also having the same issue, still i didn't received my withdrawn money completed in August 1st, I contacted support, then the same "tarik" replied me with one Trace id, but it's useless.. My bank asking the Complete Swift Message MT-103 in order to trace the funds if it is... I'm also having the same doubts with Payza.. Why they taking too delay to submit that document ??

Earlier after showing Withdrawal status completed funds were came in bank less then 3days. and I used same bank account. but it was the time when it was alertpay. I also don't understand whey in details they can't send complete swift message with the completed status mail we get from payza when the withdrawal gets completed. That way it will be easier for them. They will have less complaints to handle and we can also trance the funds easily without giving more work to customer care. If Payza gives Complete swift message with the details of bank wire completed alert mail it will be good for all and less work for customer care which seems already loaded with much work.
 
Ah a question, about withdraw by bank transfert on payza. i make him august 7th, and in my transaction he was "on pending" but since this morning became "complete". but i dont have yet receive money. its normal ? i mean the "bank treansfer take 3-5 days" its after became complete (so 14 august) ? Or its from the moment or i make withdrawal (so 7th august) ?

In my current case i am also waiting for my funds over $500, Still they didn't submit me the complete swift message, and I requesting you to inform me as well if you gets any replies from Payza!

I can see that Payza now has Local Bank Transfer enabled for India.

Anyone tried that ?

Yes! It's a Very Good News for today! And I think they having lots of issues recently in BankWire Withdrawals, because Still I did not received my withdrawn money requested in 21st July.. It's almost 1 Month.. I don't know.. What happened for my funds ?? It's Over $500+ :'(

I have a problem with my account statut, it is always unverified whereas i have use Bank Wire to check it but the bank wire is always "Pending" on your site whereas it has done almost 2 weeks ago on my bank account. So :

Why have i not the 31 € that i have transfered by bank wire ?
Why my statut did not check ?

I have a big problem with payza we make bank wire transfer from 25/7/2012 and this amount in your bank account in the same day and we have swift number for this transaction and we contact your support and add all data till now we didn't get any reply and try to call support many time and wait in phone 1 hour and more and no one reply to support

Mr. Marco Good news Will be for us when we get our money in our bank account in real. Even same is with me I too waiting for the funds from 23/7/12 and as you told me that the same document MT - 103 is on the way for me. but it has till now not reached to me. Strange is it coming by foot or on some bicycle so that its taking that much long to reach it to me. don't understand whats the problem in sending the document if you have sent money in real.

hi marco,
first time here.I was wondering are your customers experiencing problems with zeekrewards.I have used your services a few times now inluding debit card with no problems.However i dont seem to be able for zeekrewards to send you a payment now.
I have gone in and requested a payment from them via your service.Not sure if that will get me any results as i did not need to do that on my first test to see what happens..all was good. If you could just clear up there is no problems on your end..then i will continue request for payment from them running into 27days now..not good. thanks.
 
I have two Withdrawal By Bank Transfer "Completed" (14th and 15th august) but nothing in my bank account its normal ?
