I have a question about that, I live with a relative, my ID and the most recent bill (electricity) have the same address but my relative's name is on the bill because it's his house.The verification team will need you to send them a proof of address other than your ID. This proof of address will have to be a recurring utility bill or a bank/credit statement. Make sure it is no older than 3 months old.
