I want to know if there is a problem with my 3 browsers or if the problem comes from your side.
I can't make transactions if the site is not secure.

Once again I would like to know if someone is having this issue or if it's just me.

The verification team will need you to send them a proof of address other than your ID. This proof of address will have to be a recurring utility bill or a bank/credit statement. Make sure it is no older than 3 months old.

I have a question about that, I live with a relative, my ID and the most recent bill (electricity) have the same address but my relative's name is on the bill because it's his house.
Would that be a problem for verification?

It can take up to 4 business days for the wire to be completed. Please keep in mind that business days are from Monday to Friday.

my prepaid is blocked because i've entered the wrong PIN three times
now what should i do to revive it? just change the PIN?

i have contacted the support from last week but there's no responses yet.
