If credit card issue is not solved, you can forget about recruiting new member here. Who needs an account where you can't easily verified, top up and withdraw money?

Really thanks guys.You dont know how much it means to me.Really good support.i was a bit worried as it took over 2 days for the initial reply.but i understood why because i "bumped" the reply which added 1 more day.[i read this in the rules]

Can you transfer my funds from account to another one?

Because my account needs verification and I tried everything.

We would love for you to be verified unfortunately you have not submitted documents that could be authenticated. Once you are able to provide proper documents we will move forward with your verification. We ask that you please not clutter the thread asking about the same issue, especially if you have properly been explained how to verify.

I provided PAN, Passport, Telephone bill everything.. Still rejected.

Also Wire option works for Indians as well?

Will you people ever fix CC and Check option?

Fed up with alert pay already.

Hey BattleDuty,

Wire deposits work as long as your bank allows for these types of transactions. Maybe you can ask some of the Indian members on the forum to see what banks have been successfull for them. As for the documents you submitted, they unfortunately could not get authenticated.

I don't suggest you do this. You will get your card flagged suspended. Additionally we will ask you for proof determining where the funds came from.

Hello Indianmoviefans,

The RBI makes it very difficult for outside companies like AlertPay to issue debit/credit cards. Once we overcome this we will certainly let you know.

Check option doesn't work. :(

Pain in the ass!! I should never used AP in 1st place.

At new users, don't ever use Alertpay. What armt said is true.
