I have a personal account not business account at alertpay and I am still not able to withdraw my money from alertpay. When I signed up I read that only business accounts or accounts with substantial money will have to be verified, and my account only have 300$. And verification process is so much frustrating, can't even verify through credit card.
Alertpay team, please I am not getting answer to this question, that If I provide my identification document like my national ID, which is not in english, will it be acceptable? I can provide my phone bill and ID Card copy as I was told in the email by alertpay support, but an ID Card which is not in english will be acceptable?

Support told several times its accepted they have some system to verify that documents.

Just submit and wait :)
 
Hi occul7,

AlertPay responds to questions asked online OR tickets within 48 business hours which is 2 business days. Business days are from Mondays to Fridays yet keep in mind that we fall under the Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST).

Keep in mind that this 48 hour time frame is reset every time you update a ticket before it is replied to.

You didn't answer to me , what i need to do now ? i receive a mail that card shipped but 4 days ago i receive another email that my request rejected but no refund nothing in account ?
 
i still did not got any replies :(... i am very serious it is soo much money

Hello onlymovies,

The dispute is in progress. You should be getting what is called the contact request soon. Be sure to read it, understand it and reply accordingly. Keep in mind that disputes can last up to 30 days.
