I have never seen more of a messy header in my life.
2 registration attempts, plus the button? Not a good start...
And that Amazon style Drop-in content box (via DynamicDrive) advertising your VIP status... not attractive.

Traffic isn't too shabby though, and I like the overall voodoo layout. (not the poorly rendered 'RegisterNow' image though).

Also, with a 800k alexa rank...I don't think you will get the $150

Custom graphics can be obtained anywhere. Just ask on various forums and people will help you for free! Furthermore, 10k posts means nothing if you only have less than 600 members. it just shows that you used a leech bot or an old database. The site's been online since September but you were down for 2 months.

So I think after all that said, I don't even think that it's worth $75, maybe $35 max.

p.s.: please don't pm me again telling me how much you decide to sell it for, I'm not interested. And also I'm not trying to spoil your thread, you asked why I thought it was worth so little.....and I explained why.

I think the max would be 20 dollars no offenses.
The person that buys it, might change the layout of the site so it doesn't matter if it's custom gfx or not.
It's quality of the site.
