Yes you can host/link warez content but only until we receive any DMCA complaint, We will send you the DMCA complaint and you decide after that if you want to follow DMCA (remove asked content) or move to another host (we will give you more than enough time to take backups). but we will NEVER suspend you due to DMCA.

I'm interested in the NL VPS 3. What CPU does the VPS hosting have? How much of the CPU is each client allocated?

How many users do you limit each VPS to? What Linux distros do you offer?

Sorry for asking so many questions. :P

The Main server CPU is Intel Xeon X3440 4x (2x 2.9GHz)
You will get a 2.2GHz dedicated CPU power with VPS3
We have plans to host only 6-8 VPS on this node

We offer all all major linux flavors
Centos 5 (32-64)
Centos 6 (32-64)
Debian 6 (32-64)
Ubuntu 11.04 (32-64)

Thank you for the quick response! I just ordered the VPS 3 (Invoice #60) but couldn't seem to pick an OS at checkout, maybe I missed it? :)) EDIT: It turns out the server comes with CentOS 5 by default but you can change it in the control panel under "Rebuild".

I've currently got a similar VPS (the only difference is 300GB HDD vs 200GB) but it's about twice as much per month. My previous host was also Netherlands-based and the upload speeds to Netload was ~6MB/s. If this VPS uploads that fast or faster I'll definitely be sticking around! =)
