2. bell-a.net for File Hosting
anyway i need some powerful server with unmetered bandwich
and some bigest storage such is 4tb and up
but my budget is not "Biger" \

Well, You need to be precise on the "biger" budget.

As for fileserver, We host some serious ones and they start with atleast 2 servers and then move on.

You havent quoted the amount of servers you require, Location, Specifications etc.

You will really need 3 of these 2 for the file host 1 for the tube site

You should look for Dual E5 server with at least 64 GB RAM. Porn sites always get huge number of traffic and you are going to strong server to handle such traffic. However, many provider wouldn't allow adult websites unless you own the copyright for the videos/images.

You can start with E3 server. I believe you will not 'eat up' too much bandwidth either. You can always upgrade or migrate later, be wise when choosing.
