The mass ban has been going on for months, but now the problem isn't just that.

Half of remote uploads fail, many videos don't convert at full time, always between 1 and 15 minutes.

Streamtape has declined significantly.

something like this to be banned for no reason I've never seen anything like this before it's really a joke so did the lulistream host when the man made some better visits to some top series I've already been banned some admins are not able to check the correct views for years I've been a linker of movies and series and now he woke up to ban me what a disaster what a world we live in

Account Access: Most bans have now been lifted. If your account is still affected, please contact us directly via pm here, and we will ensure it is resolved by tomorrow.

Balances: Your account balance has been fully restored.

Files: there is unfortunately a chance that some may still be missing due to the error. Our team is actively working to restore as much data as possible, and we will keep you informed of progress.

As a token of apology, all affected users will receive compensation. Details will follow soon, but rest assured that you will receive a bonus for the inconvenience caused.

We deeply regret that this issue occurred. While we never expected such an incident, we take full responsibility and have already put additional safeguards in place to ensure this does not happen again.

well I was very upset because I work cleanly on the same sites please restore my links because they were all deleted from the account I had a lot of active links my work for years thank you
 
Ban has been lifted in my case and balance restored. Unfortunately literally all files I had before this thing happened - 6 years worth - are gone. I really hope most of them can be restored somehow since I can't replace any videos/links that were lost beyond the last ~24-48h.

🛑🛑🛑 Clarification of the misunderstanding guys :

I did not know about the payment policy of streamtape when I requested payout for the first time.

I contacted the manager and he told me that a message was sent to me at my email to verify and pay, but it is possible that I did not see it and misunderstood.

I made the mistake of posting publicly before checking this with the manager.

Streamtape for me is one of the best streaming sites, but I misunderstood it and now I hope for more progress from it and Avoiding any mistakes.
