Hey,

yes, someone was spamming our remote upload server with different accounts. He got blocked now but due of that,, we are behind of a lot of remote uploads job.

It slowly goes down and we are trying to improve the queue but it will take probably 12hours, till we achieved normal levels.

Please if possible use direct upload for urgent files and wait a bit for remote.
 
I need help.

My previously registered email address has been deactivated, so I need to change it.

No matter how I use the "Change Email" function, it shows success, but when I check again, the change hasn't occurred. What can I do?

Because I can't change my email address, I'm not receiving a confirmation email, so I can't claim my funds.

After sending a private message, it was processed very quickly. The service was excellent.
