You need improve quality on SD videos.. if i upload 1080p is watchable.
480p videos with 1000-1500 kbps bitrate make a tiny size and very poor quality before encoded again

example: ION10 releases (400-500MB SD quality) with bitrate 1100kbps streamtape encoding to 100-200MB this makes a video with very poor quality
