hey, i also wrote an email to you via contact form but leaving a message here too. 95% of the videos im uploading are only playable for a short period of time after upload and later on become unavailable, videos fail to play due to error 224003. these videos are also not downloadable.

why is this happening?

Storage Used is not updated. I uploaded 150 videos and the Storage Used is still at 0 bytes. Why is that?

We do not record it since, it's unlimited storage anyway.

We have already informed our tech them and investigating the issue. As far I know. new/old uploads are working perfectly fine, but the other resolutions are lost on the disk.
