Yesterday I found that all my wordpress site that is hosted at hostgee.com error "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33,554,432 bytes exhausted" I tried looking on google the cause. And the solution edit in php.ini.

I've submitted ticket to support, because I can not find the php.ini in the file manager.
Have no reply, I submit again ask about 99.99% uptime and support guarantee. besides almost every day down, chat support rarely online, and late email reply.

Getting no reply, I edited the wp-settings initially 32M to 64M. the problem solve, but site down, again and again.

When i try to open my site again "This Account Has Been Suspended".
I use 11GB bandwidth and 1G space (data from cpanel)

Currently I'm waiting for clarification regarding this. and if i get no solution/reply, I will make a review about hostgee scam!

Before I decided to rent hosting, I had a chat about nulled script, including the DMCA. They said, they nulled script allow and will give me information if there any issue about the DMCA.

This is my biggest mistake, because trust information given through the chat.

You bought webhosting from a company offering ''unlimited webspace'' and ''unlimited bandwidth''. Believe me those webhosts can't offer you that.. there is a cap somewhere although they won't tell you until you reach it and than they'll suspend your account.

For 4.95 USD I would expect that using only 11GB bandwidth is no problem. Same for disk space usage.

What you need to do is try one more time to get in contact, give them 24 hours to respond and if they still don't help you create a Paypal dispute if that's your payment method.

Since yesterday i've submit email 4 times and no response yet, include request refund.

I'll wait their response until tomorrow, and if still no reply, ill create paypal dispute.

Anyway...its possible to create paypal dispute over 60days since transaction?

Check the date! All claims must be filed within 45 days of the transaction or the claim will be denied
 
you wont get a refund as its virtual which you cant prove that you never got it or even prove theres a problem as they wont care

i tryed this on sniper who scammed me and never got a refund they said they cant do anything i after take it up with the person who sold me the vps<_<
 
yeah i know, cheap doesn't mean the best. its because i dont enough money to buy some offshore host with many add on domain.

So probably I will lose money?

Maybe the best alternative making a review about hostgee, so not many people are fooled, especially now hostgee are promotional $ 10/year with free domain.
 
Well don't just jump to concusions. For all we know you could have a dodgy or poorly coded plugin on your site in which case it was consuming lots of server power. ALL hosting companies suspend you if you use too much processing power. They don't even press a button as it's done automatically. "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33,554,432 bytes exhausted" indicates their servers are struggling.

For all we know it could have being your site and then this kicked in automatically and suspended you. Do not jump to conclusions until you've heard the other site of the story. It most likely is the host's fault but you can't go calling people scammers if your not entirely sure of the suitation and don't have the full facts.

a minute ago i chat with hostgee support :

Short summary :
John: We are right now facing a little trouble with our server on which your site is hosted. Our admins are working on the same and the issue is about to resolve. You will be updated as soon as possible. Meanwhile your patience is appreciated.

John: your account suspend just for temporary. after solve the problems we will open your site again.

noname: and not down every day?

John: no Sir,

John: we install a new server. and transfer your account in to new server

i have 5 site host on hostgee.com. many hosting no problem with wprobot over 20 site.

i dont have idea :(
 
For such loads you should get a VPS :P

Many hosts would suspend you for same reason...

You need to get more bucks out of your wallet if you want a good host for your site.
