StableLayer.eu (CrypticVPS/WebDen) Downtime Today

Layer4 (WebDen) is being tar'd up right now and sent to our server to be restored.

After Layer4 will be all CrypticVPS Shared clients. Then we will work with all the VPS customers
 
I am loading www.joeschatterbox.co.uk with updated nameservers and it is loading very very slowly and when it does load the site has no theme coming up just white with text. I do not have any connection issuses my end because all other site i am using are loading fine. The cpanel load real well but not my site.

I personally do not see anything on the site except the admin page with the notification. Perhaps you are viewing the cached version?

Almost all clients are back online at this time. If you are not open a ticket. Thank you.
 
Dude my site is showing 404, besides i cant access client section of crypticvps, says ssl too long.
I have sent you an email, pissed of with ACE, that kid doesn't know how to run a hosting biz, i lost 50% of my members in the stupid scuffle.

Hey,

I know it's frustrating, but posting your issues here isn't going to help the problem. Open a support ticket and i'm sure they'll help you out. Why? Because the support ticket is constantly viewed by a support personnel who's main role is to fix issues.

This thread is most likely viewed and replied by the sales department.

That's just my two cents.
