So,

Here is what happened the just of it at least. I got a email about 3 hours ago from WorldStream about a site on our network to take down they said in the email I have 10 minutes (no prior notices). I was taking a break after working 24 hours straight on customer support so did not see it. Next thing I know it is down along with webden NL node. Both were under a massive DDOS attack and they are being picky about bringing them online. I did just pay them about $500 to buy both of the hard drives and am literally throwing money at them just to get our sites online as I DO care about customer support greatly and I hate it when people post on the forum that I do not. Please note I did buy this like I said from ACE/DLow and the way Ace had it set up was bad as it was on WorldStream. But anyways I am doing the best I can and by MONDAY for sure everything will be on my brand new Dedicated servers at my datacenter of choice. I`ll make sure all the sites get online though A.S.A.P

PLEASE REDIRECT ALL NL CUSTOMERS TO THIS THREAD.

PLEASE NOTE ALL US SERVERS ARE NOT EFFECTED AND SOME NL NODES ARE STILL ONLINE.

No, your site will be on probably by the end of the day for sure. I am saying I`ll be migrating everyone once it is online.
 
They are being complete idiots. They made me purchase the hard disks for the Node's down which cost me $500 and now want to charge me another $200 for shipping. They are completely idiotic. If any of you just want to be set up on our brand new node (where everyone was being moved to last night before this) just let me know and I can send those details.
 
Still talking to them via email. Trying to get a supervisors number. I told them I`d pay whatever just to have it online for a day to transfer.
 
@sysflys, just to let u know, yes their DMCA notices are really too short, so just an advice as i used to do is the email that u have with them, i suggest get an auto responder to it whereby it sends them a email saying thanks for your email, we will suspend the site right away. Please remove the time limit as we are doing the suspension right now.

Something like that they would think like u are suspending the other person or something and they will remove that 10minute time :)

Get your clientarea hosted on an offside server and stop spamming wjunction like an idiot. You know there is a mass mail function in whmcs?
 
Our clientarea is on a offside location. People post here more then read their emails. Not spamming with one thread am I?
 
lol l0calh0st I think there are way more useless threads in this forum so I dont think 1 thread is considered spam, especially when its an update about hosting....this is 'hosting discussion' after all
 
Just don't use wjunction for announcements to report downtime or something.

why not. as dlow said its better he make this thread and people can post -- rather than having a bunch of other threads opened about the same issue saying how they are a "scam" because they are "down", and blah blah.

It actually would be nice to have another section for hosts like webhostingtalk does for outages.
