Hello prisoneric, Please turn off your IDM, seems like idm is conflicting. At our side everything looks fine.

We consider .srt subtitle support & will be implemented soon. Thanks for suggestion.

We have tweaked the video quality settings.

We use x264 MP4 video codec for encoding which is the most powerful and modern encoder of all time, and in terms of video quality it comes after HD.

Video is compressed without loosing much quality to minimize the slow buffering issue for slow internet end users, not everyone have high speed broadband capable to play HD.

If you need more information on encoding info and configuration do not hesitate to PM me.

I will upload another file and re check the quality. thank you for looking into the issue and attempting the remedy it.

EDIT. I do not know why the clarity of the files I upload are coming out the way the do. The video quality available is obviously better than what is being shown.

This looks really good! I will give it a try and see how the videos play. I tried one the other day, a different service, but the video didn't play right. If videos work well with your service, I will post away!

But on the video page, the site is so slow, when I try to view a video I have to wait at least a couple of minutes

I suggest you to look over our rates and compare it with your views again. I have sent your views details via PM.
