Thanks sathishkumar, We use modern x264 MP4 video codec + AAC audio codec to encode videos which gives out excellent video quality & quite close to HD if source is good.

We have plans to support HD in near future.

Any video uploaded to SpeedVid.tv will be converted to MP4

Yes, we count multiple views of different files / videos from same IP, but we do not count multiple views from same IP address for the same video.

Conversion stage: Pending in queue #7


this means we have to wait till we see the video and when will be more then 100 users we must wait hours and all the people are going to other server :((:facepalm:

Hello kronnos,

Our encoding servers are fast enough, even if you are at queue #7 it won't take more than 5 minutes.
Though we promise this will not happen. Some users abuse the service and upload too many files at once thus other users have to wait..

We have changed the "queue system" and added more encoding server. We promise to keep encoding fast.

This queue rule has been implemented for "mutual benefit" so that all user can get speedy service and they can win in their competitive business.

Yes, 100GB Storage Space for registered user, though if you are doing good you can apply as VIP Uploader

We have remote upload facility, but temporarily turned off. Subtitle support feature will be added soon.

we had bug in view counting, it has been fixed. Please check your "My Account".

FTP bug will be solved within 2 hours.

Update: All bugs are fixed.
