It depends on what you prefer and what you like.

I'd choose Samsung. And that is not just because I randomly like them more of because I got one myself. They have the best TV-screens on the market right now, their screens/monitors are really awesome.

But Sony might have better UI/internet functions, I have no clue. I don't care about those functions I think it sucks anyways :P
