my site keeps going down again... i cant put up with any of this bullshit downtime any longer either fix the problem or switch to worldstream cuz i cant have downtime every fukin day

I will recommend you to solve the problem with him instead of opening disputes.
 
sorry about the lack of updates, but friend went missing in RL...

Anyway, as far the data center issue, I have the new server configured, but when I rebooted the server, it never came back up and WorldStream seems to be taking their damn time answering their support.(god i hate offshore hosts).

i suggest you to have a contact with Dirkje (Dick Vromans) on QuakeNet (IRC)
 
As I've said, I'm working on moving to the new server once the new data center turns my server back on... just a string of bad luck. I reboot the server and it dies.

As for the issue on the Ecatel server, I think I've finally traced the problem, and it looks like I'm one in a million who has this issue with CentOS 5.3 which is still being debugged by Dell.
 
you must understand that i cant work on my site know because that stupid up and down shit.

I am sure tonight there will be a another problem !
