Thanks for all your hardwork and your updates Viz0n, I appreciate being kept on the loop :) I take it when we move there is going to be some downtime then?

There should not be any downtime. Once the server is setup and all the accounts are up, I'll switch DNS over and let all the resellers know the new IPs.

Only issue you might have is you won't have the most up-to-date database, but the difference should be little to none.

Nice one, thanks for the update :)

Well, databases will be pretty up-to-date. I can't guarantee by the minute. What happens is I'll backup the sites/databases copy them over then switch DNS.

the downtime today had nothing to do with solidnode, it was a problem at the datacenter: Ecatel

I cant wait untill you switch the servers to WorldStream so we dont have any more of these problems with ecatel

BTW just so you know, half of the warez scene was down today including this forum so your not the only one, solidnode is not at fault because ANY host through ecatel would have gotten this downtime

im sure they are just very busy.. however it is very weird because usually they respond to tickets within 1 hour

anyways SolidNode is a great host man just give them time
