My forum is running on SMF is it good??
also ive had 65 members in 75 days is that a good start

i use smf

personally i dont really mind what software a site uses and im sure the members dont ether as long as its got good contend thats all that matters

the reason i use smf is because is suppose to be a free vbulletin i ported a vbulletin skin and their are loads of mods that have been copied from vbulletin so it is really good if you dont want to buy a license

i would choose phpbb becuse the passwords are safer then on smf witch can be cracked fast!

yeah phpbb is good but the reason warez-bb aint been hacked is because they will have modified the code a lot to patch up security holes.

there are no security holes to patch up to begin with.:D

Warez-bb does have a few extra things in place to help the security.
However I recommend phpbb3 over the rest. It pwns the rest on speed, functionality, code cleanliness and security.=)B-)

SMF is the best forum script around in my opinion.
VB/PHPBB/IPB are probably easier to use but they are overdeveloped and too bulky for large forums (Without massive core modifications).

Also SMF is a lot easier to modify than any other forum script. The code actually makes sense where as vb and such use too many included files and have too much coder-unfriendly code.

Yh i also think SMF is good once you get around it also it freee
But the rest are much easier to use i think
