I currently have a server in the US with the following specs:

Intel Atom dualcore
4 GB DDR3 RAM
1x 2TB SATA Drive
100Mbit unshared connection (full duplex)
5x IPv4 addresses (useable)
/64 IPv6 Address Block
Current cost: $30/mth

Need something to replace it (same or better) that must include:
- Ability to make a one-off payment for additional drives.
- Truly unmetered 100Mbps or metered 1Gbps. (ability to upgrade if 100Mbps)
- Good peering to US, Caribbean and Europe.
- No port throttling.
- Payments via Paypal.

DC Location is not an issue providing the peering to the aforementioned locations is guaranteed.
I can offer some advertising space on a few websites (not that much traffic) if it will help lower costs.

As close to it as possible, I can go higher but only if it's an improvement over the current setup in some way.

The priorities are:
1. Bandwidth/Peering
2. Disk space

To be honest, $30 seems a bit of a steal if what you say is true.

For 1, 100Mbit unshared connection? Even in the US, 100Mbit isn't as cheap as $30 /month...

For 2, you've got a proper, albeit low powered, dedicated server for the cost of a mid-range VPS. It would take a considerable amount of time at $30 /month just to cover the cost of the hardware.

I am certain it is impossible to sell this server with 100Mbit 'unshared' for $30 without making a loss so I think you should stick with and bask in the glory that is the steal of a deal you have!

Should be impossible to get at a decent facility even without the bandwidth. We pay about €30/m just for rack and power to our data-center.
