It looks "ok"

I don't like how it stretches the width of my browser... I'm on 1024x768 and on a Widescreen presario. So this is bad for you, because it is annoying me and how many others?

Personally I don't like the theme, it would look better if it was proportionate though.

I think that the navbar links are simply ugly and even uglier when hovered upon.

Perhaps look into re-designing the site somewhat? I like the banner though.... I mean with what you currently have you could easily put your mind to the drawing table on how to make it look better...

Make some changes, come back and I'll give you a further review if you want.

the ads make the size of the main page diff and i don't how do i manage them caz the real owner give me the site and now i am the owner but don't have experience about setting i can only handle section forums posts and about theme he made a lots of changes in original theme and i don't know how to fix original cargo theme there

i thought it was a blog at first sight lol..
i would recommend getting rid of the portal and making it go straight to the forums... and tbh, you might want to change the whole skin, if you can find someone who is willing to help you with that. you can find loads of good smf skins and tutorials to help you through skinning, just ask google.

^ yeah thats why i suggested to get rid of the portal.. theres no point trying to fix it when it would be better overall if it is removed.
