There is nothing to fix. it's 100% free unlimited for REGISTERED users :D .. We giving you 100% free service for just registering.. If you are not registered the there is limited
 
Users need to register anyway to download files over 100Mb, so this is not usually a problem.

On the subject of the frozen stats - they now seem to be counting correctly, and we are monitoring them to make sure they continue to do so. We will calculate an average for your missing downloads based on your previous stats so you won't loose anything. Please give us a little time to do this as it has to be done manually.

Yes, while installing upgrades and new file servers we had encountered problems with counting stats. As a temporary fix, we are going to calculate average earnings from last week and add that to this weeks. Don't worry, I will make sure everyone gets paid what they are owed.

When remote uploading the first is good and the rest will give "Error: Received HTML page instead of file".
Please fix this.

I don't think that one is down to us - it looks like a restriction in place on the server your attempting to ru from.

Well of course it's an on-going situation, however I can tell you that there's a lot of activity 'behind the scenes' - some serious effort is going into making Sharpfile the only host worth using, but it will take a little time.

The stats problem we thought was fixed, but careful monitoring has revealed it is not working 100% for everyone (though it is working for most), so we are again looking at the issue. As before - if anyone is missing downloads we will calculate them from a previous average.

I'll bring you more info when I have it :sun:
 
Is Torrent Upload functional? It had never worked for me.

Just tried it and got the same result - will pass it on to the tech guys.
I know there was a lot of work going on overnight, so it might be something to do with that. Will keep you informed ... :sun:
 
Yesterday I start share files. OK it's a little earn.
But Today I get a lot of Download, Why my status show like this???
