How can I rise up my rank. I am Plumbum for a week. I have 100 - 150 downloads a day? Why my rakn isn't rise up?

Can you tell me how to do to rise my rank. some TIPS. pls.

i have 5 sales in the past 4days. and my rank was platinium 3days ago. when i upload 5more files, my rank drop to silver. why?

if i don' upload my rank seems to remain normal, but if i upload more files my rank drops

Example:
You have 1000 downloads and sales on $10 but in admin panel written: you earned $5, status will be platinum.
Or
You have 1000 downloads and sales on $5 but in admin panel written : you earned $10, status will be low and it will remain so, if you do not sell more accounts.

Well, ShareFlare is going good and I'm soon going to open a site dedicated to ShareFlare uploads, but this is annoying me.

My upload speeds on other hosts are are above 100kbps from my home PC. But whenever I try to upload on ShareFlare, I cannot even touch 60kbps speed.

Is this problem faced by me ? or anyone else experiences it too ?

If you can, then please increase the uploading speed limits (if this exists)

Whenever I upload something from HTTP File Uploader, I end up in a error. It occurs when the uploading has finished. It should redirect to the filemanager, right ? But it doesn't
