Hi,

I’m interested in your Reupload System and have a few questions:
  1. Do I understand correctly that the script/system does not run locally on my own server, but is fully hosted on your side?
  2. How flexible is the system with hosts that are not listed on your page?
    • Is it possible to add custom hosts/adapters ?
  3. For storage: can I connect any storage provider as long as it’s S3-compatible, or are there limitations (e.g. AWS only / specific providers)?
  4. Is there any way to test the system beforehand (demo account, trial period, or something similar) before committing to a subscription?

1. Is my understanding correct that the script/system does not run locally on my own server, but is fully hosted on your side?
R> The full system is hosted on my server — I provide a service, not the script itself.
For the MultiEmbed (where the host players for each video are managed), I do offer a small PHP mini-script that connects to the API, allowing you to use a custom domain for MultiEmbed.

2. How flexible is the system regarding hosts that are not listed on your page?
R> I can add any host that is not on the list, as long as the host provides a remote upload API via URL.
Keep in mind that adding a new host comes with an additional cost.

3. Is it possible to add custom hosts/adapters?
R> Any new host or adapter must be added and integrated by me. If a user wants a custom host added, I can do it for an extra fee.

4. Regarding storage:
R> You can use any storage provider that supports an S3 connection.
If you prefer using your own server, you can install MinIO and connect your server’s storage through S3 as well.

5. Is there any way to test the system beforehand (demo account, trial period, or something similar) before committing to a subscription?
R> Yes, I offer a 1-day demo.

The data on the hosts, storage, all of that is encrypted.
All that information is encrypted and secure.
