    Hello,

i am looking for the dedicated server from established company (not individual reseller)

Server is NOT aimed for criminal activity, but there will be abuse complaints for phishing, botnet and similar. I will remove bad content when reported and attempt to early detect same abuse in future. Provider should not have problem receiving abuse reports regularly like few monthly.

    - provider do not screen orders, allows order via proxy, do not request scanned documents
    - provider is blackhat friendly, do not share client data do not access client's server or give anyone access to the server in datacenter unless court order in their country
    - provider accept Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency
    - provider ignore DMCA, prefer no USA location

I share reviews about my experience with the provider.

    Server ideal parameters:
CPU with 16-24 threads (Dual L55/L56, Dual X55/X56, Xeon E3v3+, Xeon E5, new powerful i7)
    RAM 32GB (prefer 48 or 64)
Disk: 2x-4x HDD in hardware raid 1TB or 1x500GB SSD
    OS: CentOS 6+7
    NET: 100-1000Mbit/s, unmetered/unlimited
    IPS: vLAN/subnet of /28 IPv4
DDoS protection big advantage, not required
    IPMI/iDRAC/KVM/IP also advantage, not required
    Price: <80$

Monthly payment, but i will be renewing maybe for years if there are no or low downtimes

    Thank You

Perhaps you should raise the price from $80/mo to more just because you will be making the host go through a lot of stuff to adhere the above point.

Also, no serious company will accept this. You can only get this done via resellers as in that way, the datacenters are not held responsible for any of the malicious activity.

    Good luck finding such host.

Established company and you will tell them before buying
"It can bring abuse reports, example - Phishing, Botnet)

How come you think Phishing, Botnets are not a part of criminal activities?

BTW what I can tell you other than a Good Luck. :)

Legal Data Centers will notify you for complains and allow you to fix the issue, while no professional company can ignore abuse report.

I am being honest as I prefer that. Everyone who offers public web hosting knows that abuse will happen soon or later.

I do not think i said that.

    Thank You

Explain, please. Not criminal activities but Botnet, Phishing & similar?

Anyway, I know these are part of criminal activities of course. Who would disagree?

Okay but if you use it for business purpose and store other users (Like RDPs or VPS), Then Seller may consider allowing a few.

If you are the one who will use for own works, Then no.

Nobody will give you a /28 subnet + 32 GB+ RAM + the CPU of your choice for that price. And that excludes all of your other requirements, which are blatantly illegal.

Ignoring DMCAs is one thing, as it's an American law. You're asking providers to break the law in their own countries, and collect no documents, and check nothing. If you want to peddle child porn or stream rapes, conduct botnets or buy sneakers, or do whatever it is you want, WJunction isn't the place for you I'm afraid.

Let us know if you ever find a server that condones whatever you're planning to do.

    Good luck.

Sometime unexpectedly it can happen from your end users and you need to ban that user and tell your provider that you have taken a proper action when you put multi users on a server.

Still, i wonder if he gets something according to his requirements. Even if, it is a Russia location, the price will be 3x or higher.

Are not you hiding your own Identity by ordering through Proxy? With BTC payment, I have no issue but why order via Proxy?
Anyway, it is confirmed that you "Aim to do Illegal things and it is pre-planned" Even if you tell "not aimed to"

Same Space and a new provider with same space + allowing Illegal things is not same, unfortunately.

You may check this provider - http://koddos.net/

You will have to pay 3-4x More if you want your provider tells you before selling "We allow your mentioned Things" or "We will give you space for these"

I wish you all the best.

We had such customers before and he was receiving 2-3 phishing abuses every month. Even though we kept forwarding the abuse complains and he was co-operating, the DC (which was really offshore) requested for permanent termination. Later I found he stopped the business.
@wdc, I understand your situation, but you should realize that there is no future in such activities and sooner or later you have to give up. So its better to invest the time and money and something legal and innovative.

Thank You for reading my request & sharing your experience. When someone is re-selling hosting there is no 100% guarantee that you will keep your server phishing/abuse free. DMCA and SPAM almost do not happen in my case. I take care IP is not blacklisted.
