you'll be needing seedboxes... normal VPS's dont allow torrenting...

What you need is a shared cheap seedbox or else. And that too with your 5$ i wonder who will get you.

lol, increase your price limit. Nobody will provide u good seedbox for 5 usd, for 12-15 us there are some good out there.
