Hiring server Administrator, high cpu usage

im using vps with cPanel and after two months using suddenly something is taking too much cpu.
I need a server Administrator who can check and see what is causing high cpu usage

Maybe its time for an upgrade, your server may have outgrown what you are using it for.

That's my guess.

I would also try what Bharat said, fully reboot your server, then reboot Apache as well.

Be sure that you use the most updated version of apache, at least php 5.2.17 and at least MySQL 5.1

Since you have cPanel installed, it should be fairly easy for any maintenance to be done.
