Hi Tipm,

There is no such thing as DMCA ignored for video hosts - they have to deal with the domain registrar + companies will come after them with full might if videohost is "dmca ignored"
Also, it is impossible for any videohost to offer 20$ as minimum all country. They wont be making any money and that is not acceptable
If you think any videohost offers such a thing then assume shaving is on.

All others are easy things which most videohosts should be offering by now.

Yes this problem.The Big Problem is all people upload and the next day delete files (Abuse,DMCa.....).Searching next Sites!

The other point is, that these type of dmca-ignored servers cost like 100-200$ per 100 mbit unmetered in foregin countries, that are not in control by US, so it is pointless for a videohosting service.
