i am using this host, its great, got a downtime for few hrs, did not get a proper reply though, nor did technical staff replied through PM , my database got corrupt, though had a backup :P

nyways, after it i got no downtime, plans are good, hosting is good.

You should have replied with the real problem too.
Your ip was just blocked off the firewall due to too many connections. There wasn't any downtime.
