My review about this service: the vps speeds and uptime for me is really great... but support is slow.
I have a question i wrote to support that is still unanswered since 23th of october. And no, it is not some stupid question, it is about adding more hdd to vps.

On 31st Netherlands Network Downtime:

Currently we are having network downtime in several dedicated network Vlans, currently we are investigating the issue and we will update this news thread as soon there is news available.

Update 12.20: We found the possible issue on one of our core switches and are currently working on a solution.

Update 13.30: Our network engineers are still working on a solution, any updates will be posted here.

Update 15.45: We found the network issue and all services should be back online, if not please contact us. More technical details about the downtime will be posted asap.

PS to all: My reason for a refund was that I needed more dedicated space (a small dedicated server) and thats why I decided to get a dedi

I can vouch for these guys and their service to the max, was getting 80-90MBps speed even in SBorg for FS downloads ;)

next month i look for a other vps
when you plan server upgrade ore other things
you can send a mail to your users that the server can go down
now my vps is 2 hours offline
and only true support i know what is happed

As already mentioned on the live support. Network engineer was working on it . It will be done soon .

The live support member as just updated you that " We are updating the kernel of the main node and restarting the server " .

There was an issue on the Switch in the DC End . That caused the heavy packets loss and it was resolved by DC network engineer.

Your Abuse report was received in the Spam section . Which went unnoticed by the abuse department . After your reply we have requested DC Abuse department to unsuspend your IP

There is no provider in WJ who covers 16hours a day live support , Even after you get immediate response on live support, you need to wait for some hours for their response on the issue. Replying in the sales thread would not do any good to provider or client. They are now the oldest stable provider in WJ Since 2008 . As Many Providers came and gone, they are still here to provide best service.
