Hi

I bought a Russian vps from scopehosts.com after i read some comments and reviews from here
Which it turned out to be actually nothing but a promotion after re-reading them

After ordering the VPS the response was let's say ok, even tho it was misconfigured and they had to give me another vps with new IP
The support team did respond in less than 24 hours and gave me a new vps everything is good so far.

then 15 days later i received an email my account is suspended because of DMCA which i was surprised as i didn't receive any email related to DMCA
Going through my inbox i found an earlier email that requesting to remove the content in the complain

to quote them:
Please be so kind to take a look at the below abuse complaint(s). We expect you to remove or solve these within given hours, to prevent further consequences.Once the Action has been taken please mail us back to : abuse@scopehosts.com or reply to this ticket by logging in the client area.


IP : **.**.**.**
Maximum response time : 02 hours


I replied to the ticket as they instructed explaining that i did not receive any emails about dmca 3 days past and all i got is an auto responder

they expect you to respond in less than 2 hours for something that you payed them for , even them can't follow that timeline
I have Hosted with many big company from leaseweb vaultr verlox ect and each one of them they gave you at least 24 hours to remove the content

2. Is it DMCA friendly ?


Ans:Yes, Scopehosts Russia VPS packages are DMCA Friendly. 99% DMCA reports are ignored.

Which is actually weird.

Note: And for those who wonder what kind of website: (lets say its a short links for videos (Not porn)) Nothing hosted on the VPS.

Scopehosts is the best web host I have seen by far. Their main and the best feature is the customer support, who are very quick in responding. I really faced a very serious technical issue with my site that is when the support team of Scopehosts completely helped me to resolve the issue.

That's one example of a fake promotion all of your posts promoting the same company under 3 different domain names.
 
I'm a regular webmaster of this forum and I never get involved in promoting any brand. Its just that i never faced any technical problem as such for my service by Scopehosts.
 
That's what i don't understand , it's even mention on their faq they ignore 99% of DMCA

And they didn't even warn me about dmca or let me take my data.

I couldn't find any official rep, So i PM ScopeHosts.Sales.

Hello, I didnt get the above Msgs, Well, Even I am an old Client of Scopehosts. never faced Such problem. They had given me enough time to resolve any type of abuse issues. Thats Why I still Be With them. hope your issue get resolved soon.
 
I never used their service but they have a good reputation in the market.Did they respond to your ticket later?
