Let me tell you one thing sir , that You need to open support ticket so that there best support you get . We had little issue with the Live support system which as been resolved now .

When you havent got response in 24hours . There is ticket support system . you need to login in client area open a support ticket . So that technicians will help you out as soon as possible .
 
After 10 days i can only say SUPER !!!! Perfect support, VPS work great , if you need some simple help SarKarRaj is always on msn , so what to say more for now all the best !!!! :P

hey use common sense being sales support, he is going on explaining you to make a support ticket in their site. I have got fast reply with solution in an hour whenever i opened a ticket. Or use online chat with him, faster use Support ticket:D

I need to know exactly about Unmanaged server..
I have googled it a bit but...

CAn you let me know wht will be the Status of Server at time you deliver me ??
Means wht installations & etc ?
( Like I need Windows so OS Installed ?, any control panel ? etc )

& also wanna know wht I have to manage ??
Means which prob ?
Like backuping or wht ??

just need to get it clear..

1GBps is LAN Port and the 100MBps is the external Line . If it doesn't clear your doubt , Will be soon changing the plan`s Image .
