Sorry but can you please respond to ticket #240911. I havent been able to access the vps. Its running but nothing works. I cant even ping it.
 
As I said before I hate this. But I dont know why I always have to post here to get a response. It is now about 24 hours that I have replied to the ticket. No change was made in the server by me. The ip which is getting redirected is probably an issue of yours or the datacentre. Please do something to resolve this. Either give me a fresh ip to this server. I am sorry but I waiting too long for your reply before finally posting here. Your service is great, no doubt. But please resolve this issue.

Only 25% of the support department deployed on weekend. They will soon respond to you regarding this matter .

I just spoke SarKarRaj and he assured me it was matter of time before all will be in good order.

They are working on it.

I've hear to much shit about this bad host. Once you get all your problems tended to like support tickets and such, please PM a mod.

This is unacceptable.
