I contacted eBay, and some staff guy said he was going to remove the feedback so the seller would move on, they didnt do anything it was like 5 days ago.

Emailed eBay again and still no response, I'm gonna keep trying until I get my money back!

I opened a new thread on ebay forums, guess what? I'm able to reply only 10 times, I have 7 replies left! :s because I don't have 10 feedbacks (to get feedbacks I have to sell/buy 8 more items) they think I will use again their site hehehehe... come on!

First of all USPS.com sucks . They have a very very poor service for international shipment . DHL and fedex are best for world wide shipping , Prefer fedex or dhl next time even though the cost is high . You can assure that u dont loose the item.

Any ways i guess paypal gives 60days not 45 days . Mail them the proof of the keep waiting and waiting . Open disputes in some other forums also , Make a video and post on youtube , Just dont leave them (Both Paypal & Ebay) .

All the best

I called PayPal and spoke to agent, actually she said, there's nothing they can do because 45 days passed. they told me to got to ic3.gov or police.

Sounds like you've been scammed by your country's customs and not an eBay seller... Unless if it's the eBay seller that told you that the item was sent and an empty box returned. If it's the latter, you might get your money back. If not, you're screwed.

The tracking code at USPS.com is: CQ674371901US
but I called USPS and they said it came to my country and then sent back to USA.

I told everyone, I don't care where it got lost/stolen, it's not my problem because I never received it. and I will stay in this position.

I contacted some police officers in Alaska, the seller has a store there! I took their contact informatino from usacops.com also used this http://www.ic3******complaint/default.aspx

I live in Colombia (South America), I'm 24 so I don't need an adult hehehe...

Conectacted eBay and still nothing :s

I think I'm lost. :s

What do think if make a blog for the seller, paste everything, information!
chats with the seller, to make them famous scammers???
