Yes u can. Just add the buttons in setup page and you are ready to roll.
It posts in bbcode but there is a bbcode plugin for wordpress that somok provides with sBorg install that you are good to go.
You will get good upload speeds for FS moderate for FSC and quite low speeds for wupload for US servers.
If u still have any issues Feel free to reply eithe here or at sborg forums.

i am uploading to wupload via ftp,i used the same setting before on USA server and upload was working fine but now its giving error55

I take it you are hosted on sBorg official hosting.Which server are you using?
US/GERMANY? Open a support ticket with sborg url/id: pass/version and we will look into it.
There can be seberal reasons for this error.I am not sure what your specific case is though.

You should use the proper ftp user: pass format as specified in the setup page and if you have done and still are facing this issue open a support ticket with sborg url/id: pass/version and we will see.

I am hosted in sborg official hosting in US but the problem was temporary , now it is everything OK

Problem solved via support ticket.

Our new Europe servers are still showing up as "pending setup" so we are currently unable to take orders for europe hosting plans. As for USA, we are currently looking for good quality servers.
We have also disabled payments via credit/debit cards due chargebacks & fines of (43.6 x 2) = $87.2 caused by scammer libra.dua@hotmail.com and wont be accepting credit/debit cards any more. You will have to open a paypal/alertpay account and add credit to your account in order to pay via credit/debit cards.
