Login to your account and go here: Login

Now create a FTP account and use the username/password provided by K2S.

Use the same pattern:

ftp://username:password@ftp.keep2share.cc/
and it would work fine :)

halcyon I have a strange problem today

sborg cant post to one of my wordpress websites but the other no problem

and both websites are on the same server !!

Do you know what the problem might be

also I should say that everything was perfect until some hours ago and i didnt change anything at all !!!!

Weird. Make sure you've enabled XMLRPC in WP settings!

Looks like the server isn't able to connect to letitbit. Kindly raise a support ticket with your sBorg details and I'll take a look into the issue :)

I'll try to finish the plugins today.

sBorg down -> Yeah I just checked, sad stuff -_-

Somik has already requested the server to be cancelled, as we are planning to dump it and get a new one. Please wait while I contact Somik and get more info on what is happening.

this is just really disappointing
i totally lost my confidence of this company
i mean we are struggling with this for about two months
we have enough problems by ourselves
my big plan went down first time unused and i didn't asked for refund instead i ordered a new plan and new installation to get help them a little
but looks like there no respect for customer here anymore
