With them being a reseller? no, less of a chance of getting servers when there's a HW shortage << from personal experience.

Resellers depends on datacenters hardware, so if datacenter is out of hardware, reseller will have nothing to resell.

Voxility is the only reliable datacenter in Romania.

You could try contacting resellers, they may have a few left.
