Omg you centered all topic titles, how annoying! Your probably the first human that did something like that. And show a bit more what you got, you'v made everything private. Why not show topics, but not let them click them. When i'm browsing on your site i dont really feel the need to signup, i want to see what you got. Design etc is ok, maybe change those points i just told ya.
Theme and layout is nice/smooth, logo is also good.
Disable "ZW Chatbox" for guests, its useless, adds additional queries to your index and bulks it out unnecessarily.
You should also modify your forum settings, allow people to view thread titles but not view the content if you must, but "Private" is very unappealing.
The "(Scan all downloads before using!)" text below applications could scare off prospective members/newbs, a sticky topic would be sufficient. Other than that, good job.
