Ok this is my review on PakDevs.com
I bought their hosting about 2months ago. At first everything was running fine. Speed was good and performance. But like 2weeks later vps went down and it took like a freaking week to get back up but the bad part was all my data was gone! so they gave me a 1month free as compensation.

On the 2nd of March the vps went down again... and it's still down! I contacted them and they said all vps should be back by monday but noo it's still down. I am so pissed... that it happened twice.

I think is more than fair the first time around as they compensated their client in this case (Ruriko) for a month.

Backups should be done by the client all the time unless there is a specific agreement between both parties.

I can't speak of the events now but perhaps if you reason with them (they may give you more compensation time).
 
The thing is it's hard to backup 300GB worth of images (2million) and it's quite expensive to buy backup storage. Unless there's some kind of script that can compress and split into many parts so i can upload it to mediafire

2nd , there is some personal problem that's why main site and vpses down !
i can understand that you've got much loss due to downtime but i am ready to give you compensate as i've given before in any problem !
If i am scammer, then why i am running my company PakDevs.com from a year !
you all know about our services !
And i am making you believe that we'll get back soon with our new site and same quality services !

same here, my vps is down for almost 3 weeks, i asked for a refund for the month i paid in advance but no answer.
the good thing is that now i take backups every week, so i changed the host after a few days
 
Why don't you have a partner or somebody to help then when you are away if it's a company?

edit: in all your posts, the customer is always wrong in your view.
 
i know, but i request you to count how many are there in our favor and against !!
there will be 5-10 in against !
well people know about my quality of services, i know downtime is only the factor which reduces our sales !
Inshallah we'll fix it as soon as possible
 
Get somebody who can speak English. I don't know what the hell you are ever trying to say.

I'd be pissed if you were my tech support. First off I'd be mad about problems, then worse then broken English support? It's like you're trying to piss off clients.

If you are professional and Honest then refund me ... I have several complains ..

First Few days your rdp was ok then later its down then after that you gave me new rdp in which I have only IE with restrictions More over its security was disabled... I cant download a single file. I told you many times but you always said use Internet Explorer WTF :(

I called you on your Mobile Number but always picked up someone else and said Hamza is not here wrong Number.

Kindly Refund me my 20usd


I cant Open Ticket as your website is down (Its Up but when login its get me Fatal Error) anyway I have Emailed to your given address.. now lets see

Well this host is sure a scam as I did email to the address that was provided here and I even submitted a ticket and no replies from it

no one cares about you having personal issues ect...
you are a company you should have no reason this is
business and your "personal life should not impact business"

Your own fault for poor service.
