Don't put too many links in your footer, these have nagative effect on your SEO.
No need to convert it.

All looks good from my end apart from the theme, personally i don't like dark themes and i have to close the site before my eyes start hurting ~(no joke)~

But that's just my opinion. Other than that i like it.

Why does it matter if he was using nulled vbulletin? (its ipb anyways)

Skin is too dark for me.
try to get rid of links in the footer.
Get rid of the extremetracker,get an invisible one such as statcounter(dot)com

The right sidebar seems very very empty unless only guests see it like that.

So try to add some other stuff to it I guess as its only 1 small block then a whole empty space all the way down to the footer.
