LOL @ search box. Sites look good, loads fast.

1) Submission page, add a box to select file type for all boxes.
2) Where to apply for whitelist?

Favicon doesn't really go with the skin tho, other than that, its sexy :).

Edit: and make the logo clickable.
 
Still not %100 ready, I know we still have a lot to add and a lot to customize such as the left frame which Maniac suggested, As far as the logo that did not even cross my mind so i appreciate that you mentioned that mr-r-t.

thats what I was asking as it looks nice

and at the issue pointed out by sno you will need to open the site ranking/name module and put the full url instead of something like /images/uparrow.jpg

I had same issue

Navigation looks gorgeous, but your logotype is killing the header. Try putting a 2px. border around the downloads, maybe a denting pattern or something to make it pop in. Footer is pretty smooth, but I suggest adding colors to it (similar to katz, but light colors like gray and silver). Remove the stats and think of something unique to place their. Maybe something like "related downloads" to searches. Also, the search area should be more visible, try adding a light background to it and making the search button web 2.0.
