VPS Reliable provider, location NL/GE

I'm looking for reliable hosting company that can provide me unmanaged VPS server with this specs:


2 Cores
1024 MB guaranteed RAM
1024 MB vSwap
100 GB space
Unmetered bandwidth on 1gbit/s OR at least 5 TB
Openvz virtualization
Location need to be in Netherlands or Germany

Also, I'm not going to look for providers that will nullroute IP after they get copyright take-down e-mail, but for providers who pass those e-mails to me and give me enough time to deal with it (48 hours).

I'm going to give up to $25 without, or $39 with cPanel license.

Please be hurry, I need to transfer my websites before current server expires (6 days left).

No host will give you 15tb of bandwidth on any VPS you will need to get a dedicated server for that and then you have to pay $$$ for it

I'm aware of that, but there might be some fair-use unmetered bandwidth providers, I'm accept on that as far as they wrote price per 1TB.

Ecatel does not null-route their IP addesses. So you statement is wrong.

I think difference between suspension and nullroute is pretty much same, looking from the client side. I want to get time to do action, not to get suspended immediately.
