Ccucu, I suggest you do not recommend solutions to my customers if you do not know what you are talking about. There are 3 people on RDP-Hosting, we are not inactive but we are working through a large qeue of tickets. On top of that a bug in WHMCS has caused that we were unable to sign in to the backend for 2 days.
