I'm still waiting....I've waited my login infos from 6 PM now I'm going to sleep, so today I can't use my RDP I really hope to receive the login infos tomorrow <_<
16 hours have passed....I still have not receive the login infos <_< I've bought the account 2 days ago and I have not been able to use it X-( I really hope to receive the login infos tomorrow; I've been patient enough....
2 days to give me the login infos <_< then I use the rdp and I'm noway satified <_< , so I ask for refund...I waited for an answer for 1 day and nobody has answered yet X-( I'm very very bored, assistence is to slow to respond X-( In practice I've lost 3 upload days: 2 to enable the service and 1 to ask that the money be returned....and I have not yet managed to get my money back X-( What do you do if your users have a problem? You really takes 3 days to respond them? I don't now what to say, I just want to get my money back and forget these three days.
