To be honest your support was friendly. Still it didn't resolve my problems - hotfile and filesonic premium downloads are banned for your server, and JDownloader didn't work as it should. These are serious problems and I consider my use of your RDP to be of no use to me. The issue with HF and FS premium downloads most probably you can't resolve, at least not now or in near future. Without premium downloads I don't have what to do with your RDP service.
The issue with shared JDownloader however I consider as more severe. You compromised my premium accounts for Rapidshare, Hotfile, Filesonic, Fileserve, Oron and Megaupoad. My Rapidshare account is VIP and if I lose my RS account because of you, it will cost me a lot of money. For my Filesonic premium still I'm not able to change password, so I don't know what will happen. I don't know what will happen with my Oron premium also - its Download Traffic Available is still 300 Mb, and I just pray to not got suspended by Oron, because my main profit comes from there.
You're right - I entered all my details myself, but how can I expect such basic breach of security from your side? All other RDPs I use have separate JDownloder installed for each user, in fact its portable JDownloader in most of the cases, so its secure and its for my use only. Never I have shared JDownloader and never I'd expect it from knowledgeable server admin.
And you're right - I wasted 1 hour of your time and you were so kind to reboot the server because of me, but please consider that I lost 2 days of my time trying to achieve workable conditions with your RDP workstation. It costs me much more than $20 I paid you and its possible that it will cost me even more with future implications from my compromised premium accounts.
Also I didn't mention the performance of you RDP workstation - its very slow. It drove me crazy. Last straw in my first session was when Winrar offerd me to unrar 700 MB file for 56 minutes. I just logoff and went to sleep then.
