Nah, it is just that CuteFTP supports multi-threaded transfers, while FileZilla does not. That's why CuteFTP transfers a single file faster than FileZilla does - just upload more files with FileZilla at once.

But I do agree with you - the speeds are slow, EVEN taking into consideration the fact that the server is in NL. For a 1gbps symmetrical dedicated line, it should be performing far better, even with multiple users on the server. The upload is more like 200mbps, not 1gbps. Even with hosts within Europe or even the NL, it is not giving more than 200mbps, which leads me to believe that even though the trunk may be 1gbps, it may be split between 4-5 servers (not NaHoW's fault, this is the datacenter/host providers fault - but NaHoW should find out and state it in his post).

Your RDP service is very slow and unreliable. It seems to me that you don't know what exactly you are doing. You couldn't set up properly even JDownloader for me, resulting of other server users using my premium accounts and finishing my oron.com traffik quota. Your IPs are blocked for hotfile and filesonic premium downloads. Needless to say all of this makes your RDP useless to me.
I'll wait for my money returned to my paypal account according to your 7 Days Moneyback Guarantee.

kovic, you entered your details completely yourself, you wasted an hour of my time, you made me reboot the server so al users where disconnected and now you are asking for a refund? Zain, stop it, you were kicked from the server yesterday for using 10 copies of winrar, you are one of the causer for the bad performance.
 
gregt* i submit ticket 3days before for Refund but they are not refunding me.. all they do is just closing my tickets & saying issue resolved. but im unhappy with service & im not using their rdp since first day... they said 7days money back then what this all about ? i ask for refund from First day..
i need Refund & im not happy with service thats all.

To be honest your support was friendly. Still it didn't resolve my problems - hotfile and filesonic premium downloads are banned for your server, and JDownloader didn't work as it should. These are serious problems and I consider my use of your RDP to be of no use to me. The issue with HF and FS premium downloads most probably you can't resolve, at least not now or in near future. Without premium downloads I don't have what to do with your RDP service.
The issue with shared JDownloader however I consider as more severe. You compromised my premium accounts for Rapidshare, Hotfile, Filesonic, Fileserve, Oron and Megaupoad. My Rapidshare account is VIP and if I lose my RS account because of you, it will cost me a lot of money. For my Filesonic premium still I'm not able to change password, so I don't know what will happen. I don't know what will happen with my Oron premium also - its Download Traffic Available is still 300 Mb, and I just pray to not got suspended by Oron, because my main profit comes from there.
You're right - I entered all my details myself, but how can I expect such basic breach of security from your side? All other RDPs I use have separate JDownloder installed for each user, in fact its portable JDownloader in most of the cases, so its secure and its for my use only. Never I have shared JDownloader and never I'd expect it from knowledgeable server admin.
And you're right - I wasted 1 hour of your time and you were so kind to reboot the server because of me, but please consider that I lost 2 days of my time trying to achieve workable conditions with your RDP workstation. It costs me much more than $20 I paid you and its possible that it will cost me even more with future implications from my compromised premium accounts.
Also I didn't mention the performance of you RDP workstation - its very slow. It drove me crazy. Last straw in my first session was when Winrar offerd me to unrar 700 MB file for 56 minutes. I just logoff and went to sleep then.
So please follow your 7 day money back guarantee and return my money.
 
hmm..about this issue...I think you guyz will not get ur money again....Did u saw the sales thread..This guy have change the money back guarantee to 24 hours,,,I think u people must make a paypal dispute again him...I am pretty worry about you people who have been cheated...

Guys, you really pushing it too far firstly, gta go advertise somewhere else, you are in the same dc and you will have the same issues, and secondly, the 24 hours guarantee only applies to newly registered accounts.
