None of our service is down, Not a single one. We reply tickets as fast as we can, most of the time within minutes but we weren't able to reply since there are no pending tickets in our system. Nor we have any Paypal dispute. I believe you are posting in wrong thread, Kindly stop posting in our thread since you are not our client.

Very Bad service.
I've the UK Basic encoding and they have suspended me the service because i've used 75% of cpu.
This is not written anywhere!!! where it says: "do not use more than 75% of cpu"?????
Encoding plan where you can not use the cpu? :facepalm:
And my encoding was in LOW Priority! The cpu utilization was under 75%!

Not to budge in ,but why don't you just open a ticket and ask them to solve the issue? Just the other day I was facing an issue related to an Encoding software and they sorted it out quite quickly.

Mate, they don't respond! I've been using RDA Heaven in October, and it worked 15 out of 30 days, they fix it, then it breaks again, and you have to wait 2-3 days until they answer you, and then they fix it, and it breaks again, ect.....
Anyway, I hope things will turn out good for you!
