Four days without RDP and without support. I cant open next ticet (over and over recaptcha error). Amazing shit.

Okay cant open ticket now cos of getting captcha error.. sent a ticket last night but no reply

now FOURTH day without service.

was sent details of new rdp last night but wont recognize password..sorry guys i have been with you a long time but this is just getting crazy

I already filed a dispute in Payza to request a full refund but RDAHeaven does not even respond to the dispute.

its getting beyond a joke when cant file a support ticket.. or even contact them via sales as captcha error appears.

Email bounces back as email system wont recognise address, and PM not even read on here. So disappointed after i stuck up for them last month amongst freinds who had joined and then let down

You would have thought at least if having site problems would be on here explaining and trying to reassure their customers
